EU Sanitary Pass requested at Dragon Forecourt
Since August 9, the French or EU Sanitary pass is mandatory – in accordance with government directives – in order to access places of culture and leisure, from 18 years old. Then from August 30, from 12 years old. As on-site controls require additional time, we invite you to prepare your documents to limit your waiting time.
The safety and health of our spectators and our teams being our priority, wearing a mask remains compulsory throughout the Dragon forecourt and on board.
These dispositions are likely to evolve according to new decisions of the governmental authorities.
Following the decree of 08 August 2021, as of August 9, the EU Covid Certificate is mandatory for all visitors (from 18 years of age included) wishing to access the dragon forecourt. It will also be mandatory for teenagers (from 12 to 17 years old) from October 1, 2021.
The certificate will be required in all spaces of the dragon forecourt. This includes the trip aboard the Calais Dragon, the shop, the restaurant and its terraces.
Available in paper and digital format, the “EU Covid Certificate” has been used in France since June 9, 2021 to access gatherings or events. It consists of the presentation of a valid sanitary proof. Find details of the documents accepted on the French government website.
If you bought a dated ticket dated before August 9, and you do not have a Covid Certificate, our team is at your disposal to refund your trip. You can contact our teams by calling our services at +33 3 66 62 60 00.
If your request was made before August 9, and that one of your participants of your trip could not be in possession of a valid sanitary proof to date of boarding, we invite you to postpone, adapt or cancel your request by contacting our teams by phone at +33 3 66 62 60 00.
Exceptionally, and given the successive closing periods of the year 2020, we extended the validity of all the vouchers edited before November 24 2020. They will be valid until November 30, 2021.
