In accordance with the government measures to fight against the spread of the coronavirus, our creatures will remain dormant. We will be glad to meet you again in the best conditions, when the situation and the authorities allow us to do so.
If you are in possession of a valid ticket for a Dragon trip, we provide you some details on this page about the terms and conditions for a refund.
We thank you for your comprehension during these turbulent times. Our teams cannot wait to see you again. In the meantime, let’s remain responsible, continue to respect barrier gestures and limit our contacts.

Exhange and refund terms
Do you have questions regarding the validity or refund of your tickets? Here are the answers to the most frequent questions.
- Purchased online by credit card
Your tickets will be fully refunded automatically to the card used during your purchase, without any action required.
- Purchased at our local ticket office on site
Your tickets will be fully refunded. We will get in touch with you shortly. You can also write to us via this form indicating your name, first name, e-mail address of your order.
- Booked using a voucher or gift voucher
Your reservation is canceled. Your ‘voucher’ code will be automatically reactivated next week and can be used as described below.
Exceptionally, and given the successive closure periods of 2020, we are extending the validity date of all vouchers issued before November 24, 2020. They will be valid until May 31, 2021.
